Privacy Policy
BoldMove is operated by Lumpixel LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the BoldMove app and website handle and why. Short version: your chats live on your iPhone, we don't sell anything, and we don't track you across apps.
What stays on your device
Your conversations, attached screenshots, profile details (name, age, relationship status, goals) and settings are stored only on your iPhone. You can delete all chats at any time in Settings → Delete all chats, or by deleting the app.
What we process to answer you
When you ask the coach a question, the app sends the current conversation (up to the last 40 messages and 6 screenshots), your profile summary and the app language to our server. The server forwards it to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate the answer, and streams the answer back. We do not store the contents of your conversations on our servers. Anthropic processes this data under its commercial terms and does not use it to train models.
Technical data
- Device identifier. A random ID created by the app and kept in your device's Keychain. We use it only to count free answers per day. Usage counters are kept for the current day.
- App integrity. We use Apple's App Attest to confirm requests come from the genuine app. Apple provides a cryptographic key that identifies nothing about you.
- Subscription status. If you subscribe, the app sends Apple's signed transaction so the server can verify Pro access. We never see your payment details — Apple handles payments.
- Feedback. If you rate an answer, we record the rating, the coach mode and the message ID — not the message text.
- Server logs. Standard request logs (IP address, time, status) kept for up to 14 days for security and debugging.
What we don't do
No ads. No third-party analytics or tracking SDKs. No selling or sharing of personal data. No accounts or passwords.
Children
BoldMove is intended for adults 18+. We do not knowingly process data of anyone under 18.
Your rights
Because conversations are stored on your device, you control them directly. For any request about data we process (access, deletion, questions), email support@boldmoveapp.com. California and EU/UK residents have the rights provided by CCPA/CPRA and GDPR; we honor them for all users.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date above and, for material changes, notify you in the app.
